any diff between 74gb raptor and 150gb

i currently have a 74gb raptor...is there any difference except in size between the 74 and 150?

im guessing no?

The 150GB one is noticeably faster. There were benches at StorageReview and other sites (if you search you can find numerous threads from around when the 150GB Raptor came out).

Dunno if it's enough of a difference to upgrade from the 74->150, but if you're considering buying 2x74GB or 1x150GB... the 150GB is the way to go. Unless you need high STR for some application and you are going to make a RAID array of the two 74GB ones.
