Any definite on the ship date for Seagate 4TB internal drives?

Hello,

I realize I can rip apart an external 4TB goflex but I'm curious when the drives meant as Internal drives will begin shipping. If one breaks, I don't want to have to reassemble it to get an RMA with Seagate.
