Any decent S939 HSF's that use the stock backplate?

I have a 3800+ Newcastle, and my CPU load temps are now reaching 54C, and system temps are 41C and slowly increasing. The room my computer is in is not cooled with the rest of the house, so it gets warmer in the summer.
So.... I'm thinking about replacing my stock HSF with a better one, but I do not want to have to remove the stock backplate from my Neo2.
Also, price is defintiely an issue. I don't need the best, just something better than stock.

I think its called Thermaltake Venus 12, its far better than the stock, but only about $45. Infact I think it uses the same retention mechanism as the stock cooler.

I saw that one, but I think it would be loud.
Looking for it to be quieter than stock.

Get the Venus 12 and use the included thermal probe. It does use the stock retention bracket and it's quite quiet with the thermal probe.
