Any Database or site like this?

He hasn't officially come out and said it yet, but I have a feeling that I'm gonna be losing my bass player soon. So, I know there are sites out there (I've seen them) where you can search for musicians near you...you know like a classified section for musicians, I guess. Any suggestions? I don't know how reliable or expansive these things are, but what the heck, it's worth a look-see if I can find one.

Let me modify this question: What is a really popular musician search database. After some searching on google, I found a ton of musician search databases, but most of them have like, two people listed.

The one useful one I found was musician.com, I actually managed to find a bass player who lives right in my town (which is a feat because my town is <30,000 people), but unfortunately, he's 50 years old. I emailed him and asked if he knew where around town I could start looking for a bass player, cause I figured he didn't want to be in a band of high-schoolers.

So, are there any other sites, like musician.com, that are really complete that I could do a search in? Thanks.
