Any currently available FastRTV STB's?

I just heard of FastRTV, which is solution to allow very fast channel changing times with digital cable services.

With the channel changing going on in the second half of the video.

They say that Comcast should have started using this in 2010.

Anybody have such a STB or know which boxes have this technology?

Notice that the DTA in the video is a BCM97002. However, I cannot find one or any other like it.

Here is an article from Broadcom, which lists several STBs and DTA products, however, I still cannot find any of these online or anywhere with Comcast.
