Any current Browsers that can be downloaded whole?(no Installers)

Trying to Install a replacement Browser for Edge on a Netbook which has inexplicably chosen to only open facebook and youtube....no idea why.

Anyway, tried Firefox and Opera and both are Installers that merely try to access files off the Internet which fails. This is the most annoying issue I've had for quite some time. Don't even know if this solves my problem, but not having the option is annoying me to no end.

That is an Installer, so it doesn't work.

Modem is fine, main rig does not have any access issues, just the Netbook. It is likely something is amiss with the Netbooks security settings or something.

I know they run off USB stick. Never tried running one off the hard drive. Could you install to USB on another computer and then try to run them on the netbook?

edit: Neat little app, installed firefox fine. Unfortunately the problem persists. Must be a Security setting blocking websites.

According to this, Mozilla stopped uploading Windows version of Firefox as zip files "due to crashes caused by faulty installations"

They still seem to upload Windows zip files for Firefox Nightly though

All are full installers, and don't require an internet connection to install.
