I'm trying to create an email signature workflow in Dynamics CRM 4.0 based off the above steps in the link.
I've followed the steps and saved/published the email attribute and the workflow for the email signature except no signature shows up when I click the "Insert Signature" box.
The steps make sense to me, but it's obvious I'm missing something if I can't reproduce the same functionality.
I've tried a combination of clicking the save button and tried checkmarking and uncheckmarking the "Insert Signature" box with the same result of no signature.
