Looking for info on S-corps and other tax sheltering ideas...

anyone have any words of wisdom?

OR...

Anyone know of any good websites with lots of finaincial advisers and tax strategists just waiting to give advise?

honestly, there are no true tax shelters anymore. the last true one was being sold by KPMG but the IRS quickly killed it. if it's not passive income, there is no way to shelter it.

If you really need to come up with tax strategies to handle $600K and more, wouldn't you think you need to consult a tax pro?

There are some things that you don't turn to web sites to handle.
