Any Core2Duo boards out now that will support 1333FSB(Penryn)?

My plan is to get a C2D E4300 and upgrade to a 45nm/1333FSB CPU later with the same board when those CPUs are within my budget of course.

Is there any board out now or coming soon which would fit my criteria? I don't mind spending a little more now if it means having a longer lasting board. Is it even possible to predict since that CPU would require support for memory (1333MHz DDR3?) not currently out?

The mem controller isn't on the CPU, so memory itself has nothing to do with CPU support. DDR2-667 would also run at 1:1 with 1333mhz FSB. But there is no way of knowing for sure that any current or soon to be out board will support CPU's that aren't out yet. Might require a new VRM module, or new motherboard revision like a lot of 975x chipset boards needed to support Conroe, even though they already had the 10666mhz FSB.

Exactly. No upgrade promises at Intel ... and it's been like that ever since the old days of the 486.
