As for anything else, I havent heard of any.

Maybe an evolution of a Rumblepad will be a Rumbleseat?

I've got this Italian leather recliner that I use (don't ask $$ ). I have a mouse pad attachment that I created for it and I keep my keyboard in my lap.

How to make the mouse pad: Get a 12x12 board, sand smooth, round edges. Mount some 4x4 blocks in parallel underneith it (measured to be just wide enough to straddle the armrest with a bit of force). Paint it.

Then the magic: get some shelf-paper from the hardware store and staple it to the bottom and insides of the 4x4 blocks. Use the shelf paper that is the rubber foam rather than the paper kind. It will make a nice sticky surface that won't mess up your chair. With my chair it pops on and off relatively easily but doesn't move in the slightest when I'm gaming.

Sound wise I've got 5.1 on speaker stands all around me.
