Any computer programs that can do quadratic regression???

Are there any graphing programs for the computer that can do quadratic regression?

By that I mean, you put in a bunch of points..and the program will draw the graph for you and also give you the function of the graph. Then you can find the derivative of it and find tangents to the graph.

I know the TI-82 graphing calculators can do it...but are there any computer programs that can do it too??

I'm sure Maple or Mathematica could do it if a graphing calculator can...
