Any Computer CDROMs that can read CD Text?

I was just wondering if there are any CDRoms that can read CD Text. You know like the consumer units that will read the Artist & Song titles when you have a CD that has CD text encoding? Or do you have to use like some special software to enable that feature on the CDRoms?
Thanks For the help in ADVANCE!!!

I am not personally familiar if CD-ROMs can read this information, however, many of the CD-RW and CD-R drives (burners and rewriters) can write the information and also read it.
