Any comments on this TV?

bloody hell. EVERY TV I looked at yesterday is now OFF sale. I dont suppose BB will honor yesterday's prices....

I doubt it. You can always try. I wouldn't doubt that they will be back onsale in anotner week or two.
Another advantage is that if you buy it now and the price drops within 30 days, you can get a refund/credit for the difference.

I bought a 52" samsung on friday night from BB.
 
I own one.

Pro's:
- Pretty good upscaler for SD content.
- Retina burning brightness.
- Swivel base
- Decent black levels

Con's:
- Remote sucks. Remote interface sucks. Takes forever for it to receive a remote command and you have to point it right at the TV.
- Display modes are confusing and not intuitive
- ToC bezel is built dirt cheap and has horrible build quality
- Sound is pretty poor
- Control buttons on the front of the TV are virtually impossible to use in good lighting and completely unusable if it's dark.
- Blacks still aren't as good as plasma
- Off angle viewing still isn't as good as plasma
- Even with 120mhz the smoothness still isn't as good as plasma (and I don't like the automotion in movies)

It's a great LCD. But Plasma is still better for movies and TV watching.
