Any clue what vnhp.exe is?

Friend of mine found it on his computer, noticed it's memory usage steadily increases, but no search engines turn up any results on what it might be.

Try uploading it into http://www.virustotal.com, they show the antivirus scanning results from about 15 different antivirus vendors
