any citrix guru's here? I need help w/ ica client

I use the citrix ica client to connect to a server running metaframe XP I can do this fine in windows, but in Mac and linux I get an error message that I already have an open session and get disconected immediately.

I can setup linux to connect to the server but I get a full desktop instead of the application.
can anyone help me?
 
The ICA client for MAC sucks, it doesnt work to be honest, i have installed it numerous times and each time it fails in some way.
The linux client should work fine, if you save the ICA file to your desktop form the webpage, what server does it point to?
Does the APP allow you to connect more than once?
