Any Chinese ATOTers use Ren Ren?

Anyone use Ren Ren? Are they really the "Facebook" of China?

Are there competitors? Like how it was Myspace vs FB back in 2004, and Friendster before that. Is the look/feel of the site superior to the others?

Idk I've never used these things. Just seen some fobs use it. They also had this site called baido or something that basically everyone used. It was chinese google where they had mp3 searches and all. No laws governed those of course.

yep, used to be call xiao nei (school inside), then changed to ren ren(people people)

since facebook is blocked in china, there is no competition, ren ren is the de facto social networking site, almost identical UI to facebook as well.

then there is the twitter clone, wei bo (micro-blog or scarf neck)

Yea i looked up ren ren on google images and saw a few screenshots...looks exactly like FB. I'm gonna wait til it goes sub $10 and buy.
