Well, perhaps garbage is a strong word..

I am sure it's a fine grease or lubricant or additive or whatever, but if it was really as good as they claimed, wouldn't everybody be using it- or forms of it?

It's not like chemistry is a secret.
 
Looking at the site more, it's quite interesting..

MILITEC-1 does not contain chlorinated paraffins, PTFE, fluorine, solvents, carrier oils, viscosity enhancers, metals, molybdenum disulfide, zinc, sulfur, graphite powders or other solids.

If it really performs as well as they claim without all that stuff, I could become impressed...
