Any Cheap 19in LCD's?

My parents are looking for an lcd. They are upgrading from an aging dell CRT monitor.
Their price range is under 200 and I am completely clueless when it comes to monitors. They don't game lol so they don't need insanely low response times. They just need a reliable LCD from a reliable brand.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Don't forget you can get a
Hanns 19" LCD with 1280x 1024 resolution for just about 100 after rebate
a casual user should find no fault with such a monitor with such low price

I bought my son the same monitor (from Woot though), and I am happy with it. My biggest fault with it is the lack of a driver. I know that you don't need a monitor driver, BUT my gripe goes much further then the annoyance of seeing 'unknown display on 6600GT' under display properties. The lack of resolution settings is what is bothering me. On my daughters LCD (also not a big $ item), I can still set the resolution to about 6 different options, on my sons, I have 3. Yes, I went to the website, and yes they offer drivers for other models but no, none for this one.

Other then that, I like it. For a basic montor it has been fine. I have read reviews that make me worry about longevity on it, but I can't forsee any problems with it.
