Any Chat Chalet (NJ BBS) former members on AT?

I remember being on Chat Chalet BBS in the late 80s and early 90s. It was hosted by Ron meier. Nice guy, good people. We would all meet up at his house in Fairlawn NJ for bbqs and hanging out. Anyone here remember?

No but I cut my teeth on Q-Link. First cyber in 1989 baby! Surprisingly I have heard of Chat Chalet - dad lived in south jersey - possible he called or it was on his bbs lists.

Good lord, haven't heard that name in years. That goes WAY back.

My ex-husband was one of the Paul-PJ's. Not PaulSev (?) who died, but one of the other ones. We hung out a lot - picnic, bowling, karaoke,van saun, mall meets etc. That's a while ago! He's still friends with some of the folks, I think.

It's one of the many things I "lost custody of" in the nasty divorce. So I won't mention my handle. It was more my ex's thing than mine, but there were good folks there. Good times!
