I have a new system using an Asus Prime B560-Plus board with i5-11600K CPU and 16 of DDR4 3200 RAM.
My problem is I don't know what the best BIOS settings should be for home/office use (MS Word, Excel, etc..., internet, and email. Nothing too taxing).
I have a few screen shots of some of the BIOS offerings; any advice on what to set them to would be helpful.
And, if too hard a request, is there a resource I could refer to that would provide this information?

The screen shots:
OS State:
osstate.JPEG

Boot state?:
bootstate.JPEG
AI Tweeker; I'm not looking to overclock anything. Any changes here?:
aitweeker.JPEG

Other in Advanced; too numerous to expand all here (I can if people suggest a change and need to see options):
advanced1.JPEG

Thanks for any help!

It depends on the OS.
If you running WIndows 10/11, you need to set OS Type: Windows UEFI;
Linux: OS Type: Other OS;
For AI Tweaker -> AI Overclock Tuner -> XMP I/II (if it shows)
