Any chance I could do this?

I have a digital camera (olympus 3030z) and I was wondering if I could use it as a webcam to. Any of you know if its possible?

IF you digital camera has TV out, it might do web cam. But I'd rather to spend $30 extra for a web cam than leaving my $400 digital camers on all the time.
