I'm looking to buy a cell phone for my sister. Anyone have any reccommendations? Must be compact, preferrably a flip phone. Doesn't need to have and crazy features just needs to look good.

well not necessarily fashion over function, i just meant she doesn't need to have one that can watch videos, get email, etc.... still needs to be able to function as a phone properly. I read bad reviews on the chocolate.
 
I have the Slvr for Cingular. Its not Flip, but its cool. Liitle pricey so it depends on your budget.

p.s. The chocolat is Verizon exclusive.
 
I've not been impressed with Cingular's offerings lately. In my most recent upgrade, I got a RAZR. It had just come out when I got the phone before it 2 years ago, but I refused to pay $500 for it. So far, I'm happy with it...

I own a W810i and love it. I unlocked it as well. You can buy an unlocked version of the Chocolate online as well if that floats your boat.
 
whatever you get dont get it from the real stores, go tohe kiosks or the phone boutique shops. you can get all the newest phones from cheap or free. I think im getting a slvr.

well she already has service and i'm not looking to extend any contracts so i'll probably get it from ebay or something....
