Any Cardinals fans here?

Hopefully.. its gotta be depressing to be on the Cards for the last couple nights.

its not that they're losing because pujols is out its just that around the same time he was taken out St' Louis's pitching just started sucking badly
they're still managing to hang there a few times and win some games

Rolen and Edmonds have been doing great since pujols left

Way to troll OP.

And this has nothing to do with Pujols. The problem lies in our pitching!

Since Pujols left our offensive production IIRC increased to an AVG 6 Runs/9 Innings (Up from like 4).
However, since he left, for some reason, our starting pitching ERA ballooned from ~3.34 to ~5.

I honestly dont know what to think. Right now Carpenter is the lone bright spot in the rotation. Suppan is starting to come back. Marquis and Ponson have lost all control. Mulder i dont know what, but i think he is injured and not telling anyone. When a 4-Seam Fastball tops out at 86 down from ~95 you KNOW something is wrong.

I hope Anthony Reyes can give us a quality start tomorrow. Even if he can the bullpen is so overtaxed right now and Wainwright is the only person i can really count on right now to deliver in times of need (Izzy is spotty at best these days, but is coming around).
