Any car stock radios have RCA outs?

I've noticed the trend lately is to make the stock radios so form fitting to the dash, it would be damned near impossible to swap it out for an aftermarket unit...

Anyone know of any auto manufacturers that have stock radios w/ RCA outs?

I've never heard of it. Usually you just have to use speaker-level inputs to add amps.
