Any Cali RE agents in the house?

It's the not the best house I've seen but given that it's in area with good schools, it shouldn't be a major problem selling it back (I think).

But the problem is, it looks like the best house around the neighborhood, and I want to see what the difference was between the crappier looking houses and this one.

hehe ... most are nice but there are a few bad apples out there

just need a few recent sale numbers to see if there's a markup for this place or continuing as part of the naturanl appreciation trend ... help!
