Like I said, I'd never had Cajun food before I moved to Houston. I will be utterly shocked if Utah gets a Cajun restaurant.Originally posted by: Electric Amish
I don't think there's any place in Utah to get this kinda food. 🙁

spicy food is the work of the devil!
I've seen that in the stores and thought about getting it. I know it might be hard to describe, but can you try to tell me what's it like?Originally posted by: Dedpuhl
I also gotta mention the best seasoning ever: Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning

No, we have spicy food, just none from the Cajun genre. There are plenty of Thai, Indian, and Mexican restaurants around here.

Before I moved to Houston three years ago, I had NEVER had Cajun food before. Now, it's slowly becoming one of my favorite ethnic foods. Any other fans? Any recommendations for other Cajun foods?

I can't 🙂 . It's just a salty, somewhat spicy seasoning. Too much, however, can make a dish VERY salty.
Buy the small size and give it a try....especially if you've ever tasted and liked Cajun cuisine...
