Question Any bookmark apps that can do?

You know when you first open a tab in Chrome you get screen shot icons of the sites you've been to?

I'm wondering if there's a bookmark app that would do something similar where instead of clicking those icons to goto the site it would open a folder of bookmarks. The icon would just be a category place holder.

I find the current way with basically file folders unintuitive and hard to navigate would can be dozens of bookmarks per folder.
