pairing it with a 2800+ a64. im not sure what core it is because zipzoomfly doesnt tell you but its socket 754. anybody have experiences with this mobo?

I've been eying this board too. I've heard good things about ULi and I want to try out their chipset.

Did any of y'all get this board? I'm now in a similar position and was wondering about it. Giga-byte claims to have overclocking features. Does the board/chipset have an AGP/PCI lock?
