Any Bluetooth access points NOT USB based?

As above - have a PDA that is bluetooth-only, and don't feel like replacing the SD card with an SDIO WiFi device. Do....is there any kind of device I could attach to my existing network - say, a port on my router - that would bridge the Bluetooth and 802.11 networks?
