it's pretty good for a beer. Would drink again.

In principle, I don't like having to buy an entire six-pack just to try out a beer.

Only teenagers and factory workers drink crappy mass produced pilsners anymore. Blue moon isn't the best wheat out there, but it's reasonably priced and widely distributed usually $1.50-$2 less than other slightly better beers for a six pack. A good beer for a place that doesn't carry local brews.

Get over yourself, conceited prick. I can't even drink beer and I find you insulting.

I'm sorry, in the future I'll pretend that watery, terrible beer is delicious.

so instead we're advocating a coors product. awesome.

Wow I have never tried this, and they are my 2 favorites.
Yeah, I haven't tried this before either. I've got both in my fridge so I think I know what I'll be drinking tonight.

Hey, I equivocated. 🙂

My excuse is the words "crappy" and "pilsner" 😛

Beer is beer, some of it sucks and some of it is good. If you don't like Coors Light, Bud Light, or any of the others then so be it. FWIW I drink Coors light all the time and I am neither a teenager nor a factory worker.... so yeah. Cheap beers have their place, just like expensive beers.

I guess that makes me and my extended family teenagers or factory workers.

I am partial to a "Black Velvet" (Guiness and Ace Pear Cider). Blue Moon is alright, but I would much rather have Pilsner Urquell.

Cheap beer is mostly for getting hammered, and cheap liquor does a better job (IMO) 😀

No, you do whatever you read on the Internet that seems to be against the beliefs of society. You are just too hardcore for ATOT. Screw the conformists!

I just discovered this stuff at a convention in Chicago last week and I love it! It's a little girly because they serve it with orange slices, but it's so smooth and full that I actually went "WOW!" after the first time I tried it.

I've never heard of the stuff before. Drinking Blue Moon doesn't make me gay or anything does it? I mean, does it have a rep like Zima or Apple Pucker or anything?

no. i wouldn't say it's on the level with Zima or Apple Pucker.
i would say Blue Moon draft is better than the bottled.

if you like Blue Moon try Saranac Pomegranate Wheat. if you can find somewhere serving it as draft i think you'll really like it (bottled is pretty good too).

But you admit that it is considered at least a little girly? 😛
Do you get Boulevard way out there?

I wouldn't really classify blue moon as watery. Try keystone light, now that's watery.

Edit **misread post sorry.

Ah, I just checked and it's currently only going to Midwest/Great Plains states. You're missing out

I am not a fan of Blue Moon, but I like most of their seasonals. The summer one, Honey Moon, is awesome.

I like Blue Moon myself, but I agree that Honey Moon is delicious. I like their Rising Moon too (Spring seasonal made with lime, which makes it taste like Corona, only better). I had no idea Blue moon was a Coors brand... It's much better than anything under the Silver Bullet label.

99.9% of the beer out there is owned by or affiliated to one of the big companies. If you can get the beer on draft at the local bar and the bar isn't owned by that brewery it's in the distribution chain.

I gotta say, I raise said pinky finger. I have no idea where it came from and I don't even think about it, but I do.
