I'm generally against the death penalty as a whole. If it meant having to leave these guys behind bars to abolish it I would, but that said there are times I'm kinda glad that it's not abolished because I think that these couple would do well dead.

If found guilty (which I have no doubt they will) I don't think they shouldn't be executed via the normal methods. Instead, I think they should be put back in the caprice, locked in the trunk, on a hot summer day, and the victims families should be given a weapon of choice to fire in via the hole they formerly fired out of. They can repeat as many times as they feel necessary. Then, after that's all finished, they should set fire to the vehicle and burn it all the way thru. Then they can drag the frame or whatevers left to the bottom of the ocean and make an artificial reef out of it so that the fish can benefit too.

What option do I pick for that?

It can't be. When you're doing something as significant as execution they need the absolute best opportunies to prove themselves innocent that the law provides. Those cost time and money. The only way to cut costs is to cut corners.

Yes, it does. Sadly, in self defense and defensive war, it may be the lesser of two evils, but it is still evil. If you don't think so, you should do some deep soul searching to ask yourself if you have become the evil you are battliing.

Right, and then any money/time you may have saved by streamlining the justice system gets thrown out the window when a few high-profile exections were later found to be erroneous and the families sue for $1,000,000,000,000,000 each. In principle, these guys deserve a horrible fate.....preferably involving an angry mob armed with rusty pitchforks. In reality, it will amount to 20 years of appeals and an execution in 2023 when no one even remembers the case any more.
