Any bird experts in here?

Heres the story. We found this bird wounded and wandering around while we were fishing. Since it was pretty bad, we decided to bring it home and take care of it. Now that its feeling better we would like to know what species it is. Here are its pictures.

And another thing, it doesnt seem to have a classical bird call but emits a shhhhing sound whenever we get close to it.

Any ideas people. Oh and the location that it is found is eastern europe.

Thanx.

You just said that you were serbian but your tense is off. If you are a guy you would say, Ja sam srbin. A chick would be, Ja sam srpkinja. And that other sentence, Moj srpski jezik je los. I dont have time to translate it to cyrlic but you get the general idea. Keep at it and ask any help on PM.

Sretno.

As rahul pointed out its a type of pheasant. It has a ring around its neck and looks similar to our ringneck pheasants in the US.
