Any BIOS mods for Dell 640m

I recently purchased a Dell 640m with T2050 1.6GHz FSB533MHz. Is there any way I can change the FSB to 667 because i cannot change the setting with the manufactory bios.

Nope, the cpu can't do 677 fsb...
