Any benefit from upgrading 7100GS if I don't play games?

I've been using a EVGA 7100GS for over a year. I have a Q6600 with a HP 24" 1920x1200 monitor on Vista 32-bit. I use my PC for Photoshop, video editing, HD movie viewing, and internet surfing. Am I missing out on anything by not having a better card?

For HD, you'll want a better card: HD2400 and 8500gt are the cheapest cards that have full HD acceleration I think.

He has a Q6600, he does not need any HD acceleration.

Never said it's necessary to have a better card for HD, just that it's better to have one as it offloads and is more efficient.
