In my on-going quest to be financially independent I've decided to take on a few PC jobs part time. I get tons of requests to do PC work already so I might as well take a few and earn some money.

So what do you guys charge for the following?

virus/malware removal

hardware upgrades

software installation

general repairs

And for those of you who build and sell PCs what kind of warranty do you offer if any?

Thanks for any info

i am charging 50 dollars for an hour consultation where I really determine their need and or problem.

then if its virus/malware its 30 for removal and 50 if they want the software also.

Upgrades are again 50 dollars for an hour consultation, cost of hardware plus 30 for the install

softwarei nstallations are 30 bucks for anything i can do in an hour or less plus cost of software

*** these prices reflect on site service and take into acount travel time and expenses.
