Any Article that summarizes release dates?

Hey guys,

I'm on the verge of another computer and I was wondering if there was an article somewhere, or anyone know specifically, release dates on the next upcoming technology?

IE DDR2, 65nm processors, g71 vid card, etc etc etc...

I want to know if this is a proper time to buy all out, or wait for cetain dates.. From what I hear some major stuff is pretty close, but I havent found anything that summarizes it all...

Any info would be appreciated.

General advice: it's not worth waiting. New products may not launch when they are "supposed" to, or may not live up to expectations, and will *always* be expensive (and usually buggy) when they first come out.

There are limited exceptions (for instance, for the last month it was probably a good idea to wait for today's R580 announcement if you were looking to spend $500+ on a graphics card/cards), but generally, just buy what is a good deal when you are ready to build the system.

The only thing you could realistically be waiting for at this point from a platform perspective is Socket AM2 (DDR2 on A64), but I don't think it's going to change performance much (if at all); the Athlon64 is just not bandwidth-starved like the P4s. IMO, just buy S939 and be happy; it's not going anywhere for at least a year or two. There's G71 in the GPU market, but it's months off, and I haven't seen anything official on specs. Rumors peg it as a 32-pipeline 7800GTX at the high end -- but a card like that would cost $600+.
