Any app that would give me a equilizer of whats being outputted ?

Im looking for an app that will show me a graphic equalizer of what is being outputted by the laptop

Um, if its being output raw then there is no equalization (there might be shitty speakers, but that has nothing to do with the digital output), unless you have some presets (Jazz, Country, Rock etc) you're using. I don't think you can back calculate it, unless you had the original, in which case just turn off the equalization.

Im sorry I meant that I just need monitor that shows me bouncing bars
(im sorry i know thats not the technical term) but i just need it despite what ever application the sound is coming out of
