Any "Allo! Allo!" Fans Here?

Allo! Allo! was a 1980's British sitcom about a cafe owner in Nazi occupied France, who was always caught between the resistance and a couple of bumbling Nazi officers. Very funny show. If you like "Blackadder" you would probably enjoy it (the DVDs are available now from Blockbuster, Netflix). Any other fans here?

LOL I used to love that show... THey jiggle boobs as often as possible.

Possibly the funniest show ever created. I used to stay up every weekend to watch it. PBS had the greatest friday night programming with Doctor Who followed by Allo Allo, then Children Of The Dog Star.

The idea that everyone was speaking English, but people with corny French accents couldn't understand people with corny German or English accents remains to this day one of the most amusing comedic devices I can think of.

I love ALLO ALLO .. i'll have to cehck if there is a DVD of the series available here in the UK
