Yes. Any of the NF3 Ultra mobos. If it's got an NV chipset and it has a 939 pin socket you are good to go. Or so they say.

K8T800 Pro chipsets will work as well. You're going to need a bios update though. You actually don't need a new bios on an Asus A8V Deluxe to get the system to post with an X2. You can also flash the bios before posting to the new version with a floppy disk. The new DFI NForce 3 motherboard should also be coming out soon and that'll support X2 fully right out of the box.

I've heard that MSI has released a beta BIOS for the Neo2 that gives X2 support, nothing from Epox yet

The Asus A8V Deluxe works out of the box or Asus has a newer Bios? I didn't see ant mention to the X2 at the Asus website.
