Any aesthetically pleasing font out there (sans serif)?

Hello,

Is there any aesthetically pleasing font, san serif, out there? In particular, I'm looking for something similar to Arial but more "solid" if you know what I mean. Edges maybe a bit more rounded but not too much more rounded, and perhaps a bit thinner.
