Any Advice, Comments, Critiques on Asus K8V SE Deluxe

I was going to get a Mobile 2600+ and an Asus NF7-S.
Now, I'm thinking of getting an AMD 64 3200+ and an Asus K8V SE Deluxe.
What are your thoughts?

Core: Newcastle
Operating Frequency: 2.2GHz
FSB: Integrated int chip
Cache: Level 1 64KB+64KB; Level 2 512KB
Voltage: 1.5V
Process: 0.13 Micron
Socket: Socket 754
Multimedia Instruction: MMX, SSE, SSE2, 3DNOW!, 3DNOW!+


If you suggest I go with the 64/K8V, what RAM should I go with?

Decent board but it has no AGP/PCI lock
