Sup All,

I was wondering if there is one software out there that will watch all file based activity on a computer with XP/Vista?

Here is the problem:

I like to install various trial softwares and sharewares. After a while my computer gets bogged down even after I have un-installed them using their uninstallers. All the reg keys and various temp files are left all over. I am sure you are all aware of this issue.

If there was a program that watched every file activity, I can go in and delete the files manually knowing where XYZ program saved certain files. Any changes happening in registry can be rolled back, per se.

Right now, I reinstall XP every 6-8 months. I have it on a separate partition and data and temp are all on separate partitions. So I have done that part already.

Is there a better way perhaps?

Thanx

Edit: Btw, I do have CCleaner and Registry Mechanic. But I feel there are files still left behind by non-standard programs
