any active asrock 939 dual sata2 users here

Although i retired the computer i still have a asrock 939 dual sata2 (bios 2.30 which is working 100% with asrock 939 dual sata2 (bios 2.30), uli integrated drivers v2.20, onboard realtek audio driver v3.81, athlon64 opteron 180 using cool & quiet, 2 x 1GB geil pc3200 memory (dual channel) and samsung spinpoint p80sd 160gb using sata2.

I used a powercolor radeon hd 9700 pro which gave me great performance with games and all other software.

I kept my asrock 939 dual sata2 for over 8 years from new and it had never let me down.

I used the asrock 939 dual sata2 with windows xp and windows 7.

Is there anyone else who still has a 100% working asrock 939 dual sata2 and what hardware like cpu or video card are you using with it?

I had one, forgot where I picked it up, might have been open-box special at Newegg.

Bought an X2 4800+ S939 CPU and 4x512MB DDR-400 off of a member here.

Built the rig, installed Win7 64-bit, and a friend of mine ended up with that rig.

It still runs fine, to this day. Hopefully the caps hold out a few more years. (I'm a big fan of solid caps now.)

I have one that's been collecting dust for 3-4 years. When I retired it, there were a half dozen or so bulging Caps on it, but it was still functional.

wow that is a miracle it worked. i don't see many on ebay anymore and have not done so for a few years. It was a great motherboard and the first for me that i could use agp or pcie on the same motherboard which was amazing.
