Need some quick help on a project I'm working on.

Need to have the two rotate buttons rotate the selected image either clockwise, or counter clockwise depending on which button is clicked. The image I want rotated is the one in the "Selected" images layer, and each time a rotation button is clicked, it rotates 90 degrees. Can anyone do that, or know how to do it?
