Any 90's kids here still wear wide legs?

Remember in the late 90's when wide legs were all the rage? Where are we supposed to get em nowadays?

JNCO and GAT are both out of business, Kikwear fortunately is still operating, but you can only find em at Kikwear.com or Bewild.com at MSRP. I'm not paying $60+ for a pair of jeans. Gone are the days when you could walk into any retail chain and get em on sale in your size for $30. Nowadays it's either skintight emo or goth/bondage chains streamers and handcuffs hanging off your ass.

These are my preferred style of jeans. 32" leg, large deep pockets, minimalist design, jean/twill. I'm not into nylon or polyester, or uber wide 60" UFO Buddhas with neon orange/red colors...

My Kiks from 7+ years ago are still going strong, but after years of daily wear I'm thinking it's about time to retire them... Is there a secret store for those of us that refuse to grow out of the 90s? I want some new pants and I miss the practicality of jeans with the comfort and freebreeze feel of a manskirt.

I wore Jncos in middle school ...12 years ago. I wear straight/boot cuts low rise now. Also that style wouldn't fly today.

To all you naysayers:

:music: I won't grow up :music:

This is even more embarrassing, but anybody been in a Pacsun/Hot Topic recently? Would I find these stocked in a dark corner?

Lol they looked stupid when I was in middle school, but were acceptable for kids that age since that was just the stupid fad then.

If you are over 15 and still wear them you are probably an idiot, and if you are under 15 you only get a pass cause kids fashions are always ridiculous.

What in the world... those are expensive, and I'm not even a stoner.

Please Hammer, don't hurt em. Cavs are before my time.

Those aren't the original Skidz. The Company went out of business and was resurrected by some investor. Kind of like Commodore Computer.Here.

Well, how about Mossimo?

How about the GAP for eternal 1990's. If you like loose fitting pants, consider a pair of surplus Army BDU pants, they are super loose and comfortable to wear on long cross country car trips. Or just simply grow up and dress like an adult.

Little old for wide legs dude

21, if they keep makin em I'll keep buyin em, er on sale. I like to be comfy and my kikwears feel like I'm not even wearing pants. If I'm not going out I wear pajama pants.

hehe i wore them at one point, jncos, luckys....

nowadays a really good maker of baggyish, but not like stoner baggy pants are Rocawear's, i have a pair of those and i love them, there baggy, have deep pockets, but they dont cover your shoe lol, they just kind of fit just right.. i also like some hilfiger and guess jeans

i have a strange style... i usually wear a collared polo shirt, rocawears, or guess baggyish jeans, and skater shoes... i have a pair of black/red DC's, a pair of black/white Osiris', and my most worn pair a pair of all white phat pharms...

I prefer the shoe-covering straight from the waist down feel. Seems like only middle aged chicks wear wide leg pants anymore, they call em gauchos... at least women know how to dress comfortably.

Don't get me started on shoes, I buy DVS only cause they're the only shoes that can hold up for more than a month. I actually skate so I burn through several pairs of shoes a year.

I'll probably just head to the mall and browse the kiddie stores sometime.

I wouldn't wear anything wider, 30-32" is perfect IMO. They used to make these 60" monsters, even I'll admit those are way over the top lol.

Those look absurd and you look ridiculous in them, guaranteed. Just like you did in the 90s.

I'm also 21 so I have every right to criticize your poor fashion taste. Having said that, I love a good pair of straight-leg button-fly Levis.
