Any 3rd party software to tweak P965 board within Windows?

I have an Intel mobo and obviously you can't change anything in the BIOS. Is there any other software that will allow me to adjust the clock and multiplier settings from within windows? Possibly even voltage adjustments as well? If any such thing exists please let me know. Thanks.
