any 3rd party software (i.e. powerstrip) allow geforce SDR to clock above 150?

I have my v6600 geforce sdr at 150, which is the max setting
the coolbits 3 registry hack allows....i haven't used powerstrip
for ages, and was wondering if it would allow me to clock higher than 150 (core).
also, my mem is at 200mhz, and i was wondering what is often a safe
speed to clock the mem (default 166) to, cuz i wouldn't want to damage it...
(or would i?)
