Are there any decent LCD 17 or 19" with USB connections on them and under $350? Oh and be able to swivel easily.

No gaming..just business apps and some DVD viewing.

Dell 1704FP has usb, and i think its 12ms or 16ms response time. Got it for my daughter cause it was cheap ($200USD with stackable coupons). Nice monitor.
