AntiVirus and AntiSpyware Applications with Console Versions

Anyone aware of any freeware AntiVirus and AntiSpyware products that feature a command line interface that can be used without installing anything, such as the console versions of AntiVir and A-Squared?

I am currently (in the concept phase) of making an automated malware removal script.
