What is the difference between Delete file and File wipe? Thanks

Wipe write over the file name/HD spot and the file cannot be Undeleted, its Gone.

Delete (depending on your setting) can go to the Recycle Bin or and undeleted with an Undeleted program.

Therefore, if you are sure that it is a Virus use Wipe, otherwise, use Delete.
